Well I had the same problem with breakouts, but not now. I bought Neutrogena Microclear daily scrub I use it every day like I am supposed to and have only had 1 zit in the past 4 months...so it works very well.

Try to control your oil, eat healthy and keep your skin clean. Acne is something that most of us go through.. for many reasons from hormones to stress.. but you can try to control it. I use Neutrogeno for my skin type and it is great, but since you don't want to use creams... take care of your skin.

clear care acne solution

well looks like ur gonna HAVE to buy those zit creams
they don't magically poof away

SORRY I USED PROACTIVE AND IT WORKED MIRACLES FOR ME...

try some Noxzema and wash your face very good to take remove any oils from your face and then they might not get so bad.

Well if you wanna get rid of a quick pimple, I guess you can try the old remedy of "toothpaste" for the whole night. But don't rely on that. Acne is a part of teenage life. Haha. But to help prevent it, try not to eat oily foods.. Reduce on that definitly. Reduce on junk food, and meat. Try eating more veggies, and fruits. Hope this helps :)

Try looking for products called 'spot treatment'. Every brand of this stuff does not work for every person so you might have to try a couple different brands before finding the one for you.

i think if you get a Q tip and you press it gently it will safely pop the zit
i read it in a magazine a while ago

and drink lots of water for a good complexion

o.k.bye

A i think that pro active or whatever its called works well maybe just type in ........acne help in the yahoo toolbar on the homepage??? Hope it gets cleared up soon.

Try drinking a lot of water! and other than that I use this stress control stuff by neutrogena and it helps a lot with those break outs.

proactive suprisingly hasnt helped much.

i think if u go to the doctor he can give u a pill its called "menocin" i take it once a day cuz i used to get a bunch of pimples all the time now i only get 1 or 2 per month,

my lady friends would use toothpaste. i've tried it and it didn't hurt. i dunno, give it a try. i'm sure you have a tube laying around somewhere :o)

i use natures cure, it works well for stress and PMSing

watch Ur diet ,drink lot and lots of water

oh i have had that same problem before. if you dont want to buy any stuff u should wash ur face often and watch out for things that can clog your pores. stress might be a part of it too. hope everything turns out good =]

no

I Know EXACTLY how you feel! Here is the way to do it!

The Method
1. Salt the water thoroughly -- much more than you think it needs.
2. Dip one cotton ball in the salt water.
3. Wait for 30 - 60 seconds.
4. Squeeze out excess water out until it is damp, but not dripping.
5. Place the damp cotton ball over your large, oh-my-goodness-I-cannot-go-to-... zit. If you have several of these grouped together, try to place the cotton ball over them all.
6. Glance at your watch/clock. Wait exactly three minutes.
7. Remove the cotton ball after the time is up. The zit seems to be nearly gone, but it is only the top that has dissolved. Your acne is still there.
8. Take the other two cotton balls and place them on either side of the despised pimple.
9. Slowly, move them closer together until the tiny bump is flattened. Congrats! You've just conquered that giant of a pimple -- forever!
10. Apply honey on the infected area & go to sleep!

Hope this helps!

Heh, sorry but Proactive has worked for me. It really isn't expensive.

I have heard that putting toothpaste on your zits and sleeping like that can dry them up. Just don't pick the scabs. I've never tried it though. Good luck.

honestly, eat healthy! it is one of the most important things. Wash acne affected spots at least three times a day with a gentle and mild soap. Also, drink as much water as possible!

you could try aspirin paste. get about 2-3 tablets of non-pasted aspirin and mix it with a very very little amount of water to make a paste. put this paste on your zit and leave it on for about 20 minutes. it will dry up and after it's dry, go wash it off with warm water...good luck =)

ACNEFREE is a good brand i know a lot of people that use it
there is a kit at walmart for $20.00 dont buy it buy step 1 purifying cleanser
the other 2 steps just are lotion and cream they are crap and dont work it is $7.00

slice up cucumbers into thin circular pieces and put em on ur face, facing the roof and chil out for 10 mins(of course with the stuff on ur face)
cucumbers should cover all parts of ur face, but not completely..so just fit as many as u can
it doesnt get rid of existing acne, but can help prevent

and...there u go!
this method is one of the most popular because its simple and cheap, but it sure works
cucumbers have many minerals and good vitamins that provide good stuff for ur skin

I really think that it is just a matter of trying really hard to keep your face as clean as possible. YOu dont need proactive...a simply over the counter acne wash will be fine.
zits come from dirt and oil that get trapped in a hair folicle.
ALso be sure to wash your pillow cases regularly and try not to touch your face with your hands
Best of luck to ya

Old school toothpaste. I have found that the white stuff works best but keep in mind this is after you get one so it's probably not what you were hoping for. Not having acne is over rated. Everybody get zits to just learn how to deal with them when mother nature strikes.

buy something (gel, lotion, etc) with more than 2% salicylic acid. ask your drug store person. good luck.

PS: theres a alkaline solutino, but that is for severe cases, like all over face, so recommend the salicylic acid.

PPS: PRECAUTION!!!!!!
don't go over 5%, since this will damage your skin, but won't be avaiable over the counter anyway depending on the part of hte world u live in, so probably no worries.

Mary kay cosmetics worked great for me, so great infact that i started selling it. I know you dont want to buy but if your interested my website is www.marykay.com/sdrennen. the stuff i used is the timewise miracle set there is also a microdermabrasion set that works great for blackheads and a acne cream that kills zits when they start.

Hope this helps

You need a good cleanser for your face. Clean & Clear has a continuous wash with Benzoyle Peroxide. I really like it. I use that with a moisturizer. It's also clean & clear, and it has salicylic acid, but you should use moisturizer everyday anyhow. They are both inexpensive and last a long time, but the cleanser can bleach clothes so take your top off when you wash your face. Also, you can get the oil blotter cloths to use throughout the day when the oil starts beading up on your face, and that's great for me my face is really oily, but I don't let anyone notice it. I've had severe acne for years, my dermy helped me get it to where I am with medicine, but I don't have insurance anymore and this stuff works to keep my face clean, once you get pimples they spread! That's my theory anyhow :)

try brown sugar with milk wash you're face with that or when ever you go to the beach take like a little container with you and get some of the sand not the dry sand you know the wet one lol and bring some home and wash you're face with it also bring some ocean water along so the sand won't dry up that will prevent you from having acne my mom use to do that when she was young also drink plenty of water it helps.aLmost forgot try this honey with oatmeal with a few drops of lemon juice put it in youre face and leave it for about 20 minutes and good luck also try crushing an aspirin and wetting it untill it becomes muddy and apply to affected area

Have you tried birth control? Perhaps you need to regulate your hormones.

try acidophlius. you can get it at any Vitamin store. it is pill that you take about three times a day. it is a pill that has something in it that kills the bacteria.i have had problem ed skin for as long as i can remember and this has worked great. it took about four to five weeks and i have not broken out since. so be patient. however it may work differently for you.
