Neti pot help!?!
Question: I just bought a neti pot thanks to Oprah and Dr. Oz. I have been yucky sick. It worked great at first, but then I went to see P.S. I Love You and cried for a couple of hours and got all stuffy again. I tried the neti pot when I got home but it wouldn't come out of the other side (right nostril is majorly blocked) I tried it on both sides a couple of times, it just wouldn't go out the other side, it just dripped out the same one I put it in after I put the pot down. Any advice on how to unblock the passage?
P.S. I still love the neti pot.

I use a syringe to push the water (saline) up the nostril with a bit force on my child when they have a blocked nose and if not treated they get ear infections. It works great!!! and since we came to Europe (everybody does it) they dont get infections and most of all antibiotics. Just dont push to hard....
