Abdomen Problem ?!?!

Question: what does the following mean? is it bad? please explain...

- segment 6 benign hepatic hemangioma
- leiomyomatous uterus
- fluid distended loop of small bowels vs. hydrosalpinx within the right adnexal region

well... you see... this is my sister's (magnetic resonance imaging) test, and i'm worried if theres something wrong with her, cause she has been suffering from "myasthenia gravis" since she was 18, but i don't think that, that has something to do with it right? well... she is physically weak (somehow), so i'm very worried... by the way, she is 37 years old now...

thanks to those who will answer!
please tell me what you know about it...
please answer even just one...
thanks again!

a "hemangioma" is a benign tumor. it is NOT a cancer. it does not require any treatment.
LEIOMYOMATOUS UTERUS: are also called fibroids, these too are benign tumors of the uterus and it is seen in many women, very few of them develop menstrual problems because of a leiomyoma. DONOT WORRY.
the only worrying part is "fluid distended loop of small bowels vs. hydrosalpinx within the right adnexal region"
this means there is a chance of infection of the "fallopian tubes". which may be healed or these could be just bowel opps , which are often found in the same region. if they are bowel loops, dont bother. but if it is a "hydrosaphinx=fluid in the fallopian tubes", ask ur sister to see a gyaenocologist.
it can be cured 100%

take care

hepatic hemangioma is a non cancerous tumor of the liver. Most of the time if its small, it can be left with no treatment needed if it causes no problems. If it does, it is removed during surgery. Im not sure what the others are. leiomyomatous uterus may be some sort of englarged uterus but im really not sure, thats just the impression i got from searching about it.

benign tumor of blood vessels, benign tumor of smooth muscle of uterus,hydrosalpinx...accumaltion of watery fluid in fallopian tube......these are diseases all bad signs..it can cause many complication...like pain..menstrual irregularity.infertility,,many more....but treatment could do well to her.....
