I'm recovering from bronchitis - can I have a drink?!

Question: I'm no longer on any medication but the doctor says I have to rest for two more weeks. I feel fine, but get breathless and tired when I go out in the cold or if I exert myself too much.

When can I enjoy a nice glass of wine again? I'm not going to go crazy or anything!

I'm 28 and otherwise healthy.

I would have mulled wine, thank you muchly for asking!!

as long as you are not on meds that prohibit alcoholic beverages, you may have a glass or two!

A robust red may help more than anything else to build up your blood. (VA doc to my friend)

Yes, drink as much as you want.

Drinking wine is not so bad as long as you don't ovedo it.
Sipping warm brandy may be better and may help relieve chest congestion. Homemade chicken soup would also do the trick.
