Can stress do this I worry all day.? Real answers thanks?!
Question: Iam under sooo much stress right now and iam freaking out about my health. Off balance sometimes not bad but i notice, pressure under right eye, cleanching my jaw, and nausea. I was freaking out earlyer and noticed my left pupil was bigger than the right. Can this be stress. It looks normal now. But iam thinking tumors. Iam only 20 and so scared someting is so wrong, but the docs said stress and my family. Can anxiety and stress cause this? What could cause my pupil to look bigger and then look normal later? High blood pressure?

If you were examined by a reputable doctor and he/she said it was stress related then you should think about seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist. Anxiety & stress can really do a number on a person's physical body & perceptions. Blood pressure would also be higher under stressful conditions. Have your blood pressure checked. At your young age it is more likely to be something minor & easily treatable, than major and rare such as a tumor. Try to slow your breathing down, cut down on your coffee, tea & cola intake as well as refined sugar. There are blood pressure machines (automatic arm cuffs) in some Walmarts in the vitamin departments, and also in some large pharmacies.
hey i don't know about the pupil and blood pressure, but it sounds like you are really stressed out. Here's some ways to relax: exercise, take a bath, watch a movie, take really deep breaths and go see a counselor for help. good luck!
