Whenever i'm in the philippines visiting family, i notice alot of whitening products around.. even commercials on tv sometimes..

WANT TO HAVE WHITE SKIN TO ATRACT WHITE MEN. BROWN SKIN TO ATRACT AFRICAN MEN.
because we are not contented of ourselves. we make others as our standards, instead of polishing what we have.
Skin should not be an issue of our being. We can have dignity regardless of our skin color. All we need to do is respect what we've got. And be proud that you're a Filipino --talented people.
It's just like the old saying: "The grass always look greener on the other side of the fence", as far as what one considers
beautiful.
