I really think it's just a "flutter' or heart palpitations but I do think you should see a Dr so they can rule out any other possibilities.
My heart does that pretty often. I have had a complete checkup (actually several over the years) and have been told the same thing-Nothing to worry about-I'm fine. It just happens sometimes.
If it happens once? Probably nothing, I wouldn't worry about it unless you're getting dizzy or lightheaded or it's happening repeatedly.
