Question: I have had a burning feeling at the tip of my penius, and have to urinate often, I have been to two doctors and have been threw many test and no answer, it feels like mabe if you would get soap in it and then maybe will go away for a week and then come back again, more so after sex. Can anyone help?

I would have your blood sugar check. If it's too high you could get a burning in the tip of your penis. You will also pee more often and sleep more and you made start to have problems with your eyes or any number of other problems can start. Now if you blood sugar is going up and down (not stable) then the symptoms may very and or come and go. You made only have one or all or any number symptoms. It is a very easy test. Some local drug stores can even do a blood/sugar test with a meter.
