EW! "Spots" on back, help?!?!
Question: Omg this is so gross. I have like acne on my back (the top half). Its not MAJOR but they are red and bumpy (some large, and some small), but they do not itch at all. I get a few spots on my face but not near as much as on my back. I also get a few on my chest and arm area. Ugh, WHAT is causing this? I am 16, is it normal? I wash well, I exfoliate and it doesn't seem to be helping. What can remove this? Is there some sort of medication for "body spots" or treatment? Im getting really annoyed by this. Its depressing because I can't let my bf see/feel this, please help! Thanks in advance. - 10 points for most helpful. =)

I have the same problem as you,
mine are hardly visable now.
I went to the doctors showed him, and he prescribe me something called zinerit.
you have to be prescribed it but its amazing!
Within the 1/2nd use you will notice a difference i promise!
it worked and it was amazing!
My back cleared up within 2 weeks.

its called being a teenager! you could go to the docs, they will prob prescribe you something if it classes as acne. but more then anything its probably you being paranoid about it thats making you stress out about it. it could also be an alergic reaction to something, e.g. washing powder or clothing materials.
if you just go to a chemist and ask for an acne cream they will give you one.
everyone has impurities...unfortunatly. hope this is some help

Don't use any shower gel and soaps like the cheap ones cause they make it worse.
Use organic ones.
I also know of the fucibet cream i have just been prescribed is good for acne.
I don't know if you are and i'm in no way encouraging going on the pil just for this but if you are on the contraceptive pill, there is one that treats acne. My friend started taking it and it took 3 weeks for tit all to clear up.

Best to go and see your doctor he will prescribe you a very low dose antibiotic such as Minocin the only way to beat these spots are from the inside out You can also try cutting down on dairy produce such as milk as this is full of hormones due to it coming from cows which are kept permanently pregnant Drink lots more plain water and cut out crisps ,nuts, ect as salt (sodium) aggravates acne
