Inner Ear infections?!

Question: Inner ear infection, raw ears?
I have a inner ear infection in my right ear, which leads into my upper jaw and hurts underneath the ear, and ear is sensitive to touch.

Doctor gave me ear erops to use, I think I should use full antibiotics.

if u have inner ear infection, u should have hearing loss or vertigo or both, which u dont have, so u are unlikely to have inner ear infection my dear.

if your ear is painful to touch and also pain increases on chewing, then u are having external ear infection.

I prefer, in addition to ear drops, antibiotics containing cloxacillin. u can take clox 500 mg 6 hrly for 7 days. If u are diabetic or u have a poor immunity, better go for ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for a week. Cipro is contraindicated in pregnancy and in childrens.

u should be better in a few days. and remember never to scratch ur ear.

Not too long ago, I had a double ear infection. They said normally they give just antibiotic drops but since I had it in both ears, they gave me pills too. The only thing I can tell you to do is take some pain relievers such as ibuprofen to help alleviate some of the pain.

Hope you get to feeling better soon...I know how bad it sucks!

yes I have always had ear infection I still have tubes from when I was 13 I am 30 now... I go to my dr and he says whats wrong I tell him I have two ear infections need a shot of rocefin and drops then he gives me that cuz he knows I most likely am right.... well use drops these usally have some pain relived in them also take motrin adn if it doesnt stop in a couple of days ask for a differant antibiotic..
