What do you think my high pulse rate indicates?!

Question: I KNOW YOU ARE NOT ALL DOCTORS.

I am a 25yr old happily married mother of two. I excersise regularly, I eat good. I am 5'8 125lbs. I have been noticing my heart seems to be racing the last few days so I checked my pulse today and it has been consistently 102 resting, every time I have checked over the corse of an hour......Any ideas why? I am keeping a log for the day to see if it was possibly my morning cup of coffee I had but this was hours ago and I have eaten breakfast...Thanks in advance :)

A high pulse rate can be a sign of several possible disorders. It could be in response to stimuli such as stress, anxiety, dehydration, stimulants (such as caffeine), and anemia, or be due to abnormal heart rhythms (such as atrial fibrillation) or hormonal disorders (such as an overactive thyroid).

If this continues, I suggest you visit your doctor for further evaluation.

could be aneamic

My daughter and I are both like this. Dehydration is our culprit. But, check with your doctor.
