Question: Okay back in August I was in a hot tub with a girl. She was on her period, so luckily me we didnt have sex.
I basically fingered her and made out with her
Is there any chance that I could have an STD?
((I dont remember but I think I had a blister on my finger))
And as an addon to the question, if I did, wouldnt I know by now? And wouldnt the chlorine or the hottub kill any of the diseases?

If you had any OPEN and bleeding wounds on your hand - yes, there is a slight possiblity of transmission of something if she had a std/sti.
The only thing you can get from kissing is hsv-1(cold sores), Mono and every day garden variety cold viruses. I think you are just fine. From what I have read from doctors/std counsellors, fingering is at a near zero transmisson rate and if anything like it would occur, it's too rare to be reported.
