What will do if a baby is identified with down syndrome through nuchal scan?!

Question: nothing!!! why?...because the nuchal fold scan is NOT 100% accurate!! simple as that.
the ONLY tests that can give you a 100% reading are an amniocentisis and a CVS sampling because they actually look at the chromosomes of the baby.

Get it aborted.
Is this asking what would happen or what i would personally do?

this is a tough question!
you need to decide first whether you will beable to raise a baby that may be down syndrome - also taking into account how hard it is for them and how society treats them.
You need to be sure you could live with the decision of aborting the pregnancy if that was to be your choice. Personally I dont think I could abort the baby - though I am not so sure it would be the right decision thanks to society. I think it would go through my head - what if they are wrong?
The tests come back with numbers that tell you what chance your baby has of being down syndrome, I hope yours comes back fine. Have you got results yet? most people just worry at the thought and most of time everything is fine.
I think they are just trying to wipe out down syndrome people.

I think you need to think about your morals. If you have religious beliefs you will have to probably think about those first. as for "wiping out down syndrom people" - it is a condition that does not help society. it is unfortunate and I don't think we "need" down syndrom people. you will have to decide if you want to have your child with this condition or not and make a decision from there. it is only your decision and no one elses.

It won't b identified as having it.

Listen to/ read the information the clinic gave you!

All the test does is indicate the possible risk of your child being a downs baby, no more no less.

I was offered testing for my 2nd one, based on my age (32). The ex and I didn't even look at each other when we both said "no!". It was our child, we'd wanted it, we'd planned it, Downs wouldn't have been ideal but then nor would it have been the end of the world. We didn't want people pressuring us on the basis of an uncertain test to kill our child.
