Stretch Mark Question (ladies please)?!

Question: Ok so, I'm not exactly a small woman but not quite plus size either. I have stretch marks. They aren't anything new. I don't really pay any attention to them. But recently 2 of my stretch marks started kinda hurting. I'm not sure if these are new ones or if they were already there and just changed or got bigger. But they are slightly red and a little painful. So, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on their stretch mark exp. Do they hurt when you get them? Maybe I'm being dumb. I dunno. But I'm kinda curious. Its not super painful or anything. I can live with it. It's just kinda irritated. I guess that's the best way to put it. I'm not asking for medical advice just personal experience so please NO go to the doctors, it could be something serious, etc unless that was your personal experience. Thanx

From what I understand, is that when your stretch marks are red it's because your skin is pulling so much that the blood underneath the skin is showing...your skin is streteching so much that it is becoming transperant in a few areas... When I had my second child I gained only a few pounds but I also got a ton of stretch marks... they were a bit uncomforting but they itched like crazy...My doctor told me just to lubracate constantly...it helped!!!

i would say buy some lydicane cream or spray for pain its a little diffrent but heyy the pain stops then i would keep them very moist by using cooling lotion put some aveeno anti ich cream and then put new skin liquid (rite aid) no subscription- over top so it keeps it all in then cover it with foundation its a big treatment but i came upp with it myself and experimented it one my mum which has had 2 babies and it worked so try it! [=and yess i know i cant spell...[= srry

Hmm, that is a toughy. Are you maybe getting a little bit bigger?

I don't have the same experience, but stretch mark removal options are discussed at the source below.
