Alot of people get nosebleeds more often in the winter months. This is due to dry air you are breathing in through your nose. If you think that might be whats causing the nosebleeds (and you have ruled out medical issues like blood pressure) try getting a humidifier in your house or at least your bedroom. This will add moisture to the air which will in turn help keep the membranes in your nose from drying out as you breathe in.

Nose bleeds stem mainly from high blood pressure and / or weak blood vessels too close to the surface of the skin.

Quite normal, do not worry, but is highly annoying.

Your nose capillaries have been irritated by constant blowing.
It will be fine. The same can happen with coughing. Unless there is heaps of blood, this is not unusual.

Once you are over the 'flu, this will stop. If it doesn't, go to a doctor.

its prolly cuz its a dry atmosphere

very common when the inner nasal membranes are dry, inflammed and irritated when you have a cold or flu....
