Help for psoriasis?!

Question: My boyfriend has psoriasis. It's not even that bad. He has a few 'whiteish' spots on his arms and legs sometimes ... the thing that bothers me most is his hair. I know it's not dandruff but that's what I call it ... and it's REALLY bad! He gets it all over my clothes, his clothes, my pillows. He doesn't have health insurance right now so he can't go to a dermatologist. Are there any good shampoos or skin creams that WORK?? I really want to get him something, mostly for his hair/'dandruff'!!!

Thanks.

Yes believe me I know how you feel. What I'd suggest is to start him with head and shoulders dandruff shampoo, I use the WalMart generic and it works for me just fine. If that doesn't take it completely away go to a herbal store and ask them for some tar shampoo to use on his hair. Don't let him use conditioner or anything else on his hair unless he just uses it on his hair and doesn't touch the scalp, and when he washes his hair don't let him use too hot of water or that dries the skin out even more. You should see an immediate improvement. If that doesn't work email me and I'll give you some more choices but I wanted to start you off with a couple of things that are easy to get and use and gets the best results from most people. Good luck!

Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo, it can be found in any drug store such as walgreens. There are many other similar coal tar shampoos. I recommend the neutrogena.
