Try warm salt water inhaled a teaspoon at a time into your nostrils. Let it run down your throat if you can. Then rinse with warm water and blow out. Don't blow too hard or you will create lesions in the sinus cavities and this will invite an infection.
What do you mean by it didn't work? Post back and tell me what you did, what you were trying to achieve, and why you were not happy.
I tried one once, my allergy doctor recomended it. All I did was fill up my sinuses and make me uncomfortable for a week. On the other hand, I know several people who use one or something similar and swear by it.
I've used one on and off for several years . When my sinuses start to act up I use it for a couple of days or a week, and I have not had any more of the terrible sinus infections like I used to have.
