There is no cure for eczema; only treatments. I've had ezcema since I was born & am 16 years old now and have had it on every part of my body and have tried almost everything as well.

The best way to keep your skin under control I have found is to keep cool & moisturise which you probably already know. When you are at home if you feel an itch don't scratch it. Have a shower (and moisturise with a natual moisturiser afterwards) or get an icepack. If you still attend school ask to go get some ice from the nurse. When my ezcema is really really bad I use a prescribed oitment called Betnovate, which is kept in the fridge therefore is nice and cool when you apply it.

You would probably also know to use only natural soaps, face scrubs, toners etc. And sleep in sheets & wear clothes made from cotton to allow your skin to breathe.

Animal hair can cause reactions too so keep pets outside and wash any areas if you touch your pet or anyone elses.

Certain foods can cause them too.

You can get tests which determine which foods you could be allergic too. If you haven't already done this, you really should investigate because you seen like you're in alot of pain.

I hope I helped :)

i used lanacane from walmart
you have to use it awhile
alot of soaps make it worse and lotions
if to bad check with your doctor for a cure

Try stronger cortisone creams maybe. Such as Ectosone. Combined with good hydrating creams.

first of all, are you allergic to anything and are you sure its eczema?

i used to hae terrible eczema too, and you just have to learn to control it...different things work for dieefernt people. See a dermatologist, because they will prescribe stronger meds than a general health doctor. Also, don't take hot showers, use uncented lotions and soaps, and use body wash wit a shower poof, b/c bar soap can irritae the skin.
Try as hard as you can not to scratch(i know, its almost impossible) and when ou're itchy put something cold on it. I scratched mine and now i have a ton a scars. Itching also makes it worse
Also, im allergic to nickel(like in metal jewelry, the buttons on jeans and in most belt buckles), which is very common in people with eczema
if youre sensitive to nickel, than paint clear nail polish on the backs of your belt and jean buttons.
Some foods irritate your skin more, like some salty stuff, so check to see if what you eat is making it worse.

i hope this helps, i know how it feels to be in your shoes

You poor thing. My daughter had eczema from the time she was born until she was in her late teens. It has gotten better as she has gotten older. She used hydrocortisone cream and Eucerin cream and lotion to help with break-outs. She also was on allergy medication, which did help. I wish I could help you more because I know my daughter was very uncomfortable and she did not have the rash from head to toe like you do. Good luck.
