Bunch of black dots on my finger?!

Question: i had a black dot on my finger and my mom said it was a wart. so i froze it and while it was frozen i cut it out. Now its hard skin and a bunch of small black dots on the finger. its on the underside of my hand on the middle finger

they are spore like remains from the wart. it will most likely grow back. its nothing to worry about.
