as with any STD you can get it threw anal sex just as easy as vaginal sex. but even if you are both free and clear, there is still one she can get. i don't remember the name, but it is when the guy goes from anal to vaginal without cleaning up first. it gives her an infection. just use condoms and get her on the pill, and clean up when you are done. :)
Yes, STDs are much easier to spread through the anus so she could contract much more this way. Also possible you could always contract something b/c most STDs are bacteria or viruses that are just generally found in the area down there and also in the blood stream. Mostly, you will be most prone to urinary tract infections.
