No dear ..who the stupid told u so..its totally opposit to wat u think....infact it ll lighten ur heart..one more thing the ppl who cry aften ll have pure blood and clean brain than those who suppress that feeling without crying.... I advice u not to stop crying .....cry as louder as u want wen u are hurt....
may all ur problems get solved soon....

dont know try not to cry so much then if you are so worried! xxxxxxxxxx

definitely..not from the crying but from the stress u incur

omg no

why you always crying??

NO, there is no link between heart disease and crying. Heart disease causes: Congestive heart failure (CHF), Heart attack (MI), Angina, etc... Heart disease is either genetic or caused by factors such as health, eating habits or smoking.

Crying is actually a good stress reliever. Too much stress causes heart problems.
Crying is the best natural stress buster.

Wow, that's definitely not good for you! :( I never heard of anyone getting heart disease just from crying, but if you're crying that much it sounds like you're depressed, and from that, a whole multitude of problems (including heart disease) can occur. I will pray that you will find a solution to what ails you emotionally. Try talking your problem out on here. Be happy :), love the simple things in life, and most importantly, live life one day at a time.

Don't cry dear , that's not good

no it will not cause heaart problems..crying can help to relieve stress and it can actually cleanse yoiur eyes so ironically it is quite good...if ur lonely though try talking to ppl...like your family.good luck and cheer up

crying will not lead to heart disease but if what you are crying for is causing stress then that can lead to heart disease

Crying from loneliness can be a sign of clinical depression and that could affect your health, including heart health. So, check with a doctor.

An occasional cry is a good vent of pent up feelings and is OK.

That's idiotic.

Crying alone is actually a wonderful stress relief. However, whatever it is that causes you to cry could have an affect on your heart, as it is stress.
Crying is natural, and a much needed response as it balances you out.
I say, cry away!
