I always cut myself on the potato peeler when I'm too enthusiastic about peeling the spuds. I have an over-active imagination so I can think of all sorts of horrible things that might involve a cheese grater.
I dont mind the cheesegrater, Ive learnt the safe way to grate cheese

I'm scared of the smell of plasticine! (When I was a kid I was playing with it, it got stuck in the carpet and as I was trying to pick it out before my Mum saw it she came upstairs, saw it had ruined the carpet and gave me a right bollocking. Hence I associate the smell of plasticine with getting told off = scared of the smell)
I hate ours. The splines are sharp and on one corner the metal is not folded over properly there is a very sharp piece sticking out. I keep meaning to file it off but only remember the next time I get it out. I have had it now for 25 years. Even now I dread those words,"grate me some cheese please".
I am not really scared but I dont like using them as I my finger went against the sharp bit and it started bleeding.
