unforunately there is no cure for the common cold - however if you catch it early i would recomend coldeez (cough drop medication). they're proven to significantly reduce the time of a cold, particularly if you take them as soon as you see symptoms. drink i can't say they get rid of a cold in two days, though. drink oj, take your meds, not much else you can do. good luck
Drink water all the time. It takes all the boogers out and spit it out when u cough it out.
I recommend Zicam. But you pretty much have to wear it out. This medication is good if used when first got it it.===
Drink lots of liquids. Water, Juices anything in liquid form.
