Why does the flu feel worse at night ?!


Question: Theres a lot of reasons:

* Air pressure changes at night and that messes with your sinuses
* You try to lay down which makes every single fluid in you body try to reorient itself which can causing nausea
* Your body is depleted on vitamins and sunlight help you to produce those vitamins
* Your body isn't producing enough Cortisone or other sleep hormones because its trying to fight off an infection
* You're more tired at night because of nature so every bad feeling is amplified

because your so exhausted, probably dehydrated & have used up all the energy resources in your body. get some vitamins down you!

Body temperature increases very slightly at night (that's why children are bothered by threadworms at night) , dust mites in the bedding can aggravate the cough and cold symptoms, you're lying down which starts up the coughing, it's quiet and there are fewer distractions and you're trying to sleep when you feel rough which is very difficult, so you get frustrated as well.
Ibuprofen is good stuff as it takes down inflammation.
