Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

Sometimes washing with just water can strip your skin of its natural oils and so cause it to produce excess oils in self defense, often making your skin worse. However, it's probably worth trying if you've tried everything else. Have you talked to your doctor about it? There are quite a few specialist treatments for acne that are prescription only and very effective. Good luck!

In order to treat acne, you must know what causes it. Acne is most commonly caused by a blockage of follicles on the skin, so just water won't help that much. Also, just bar soap won't help remove the blockage that is causing your acne. In order to find the best treatment, a doctor would have to take a close look into the cause. However the most common treatments are applying heat, antibiotics, hormonal treatments, retinoids (medicine to normalize your skin), and light treatments.

eat less greasy foods!

Never ever use soap it will strip your skins nautral oils and then the skin produces more oil for protection against the enviroment as will any clerasil products, water wont harm your skin but it wont keep it clean enough to prevent any breakouts the dirt will just go in to the pores and cause blackheads and boils, i am a beauty therapist and have suffered with acne, i no longer do as i have regular microdermabrasion facials and use there after care products and this has been the only thing that has helped me, good luck.

um like ya. maybe you should try it!
