Are you familiar with a type of cyst that occurs near the wrist?!

Question: I've forgotten the name for it.
Apparentaly it is relatively common and not particularly dangerous except if becomes too large.
I'm not interested in any or all cysts just this particular one that forms at the wrist.

A wrist ganglion cyst is a swelling that usually occurs over the back of the hand or wrist. These are benign, fluid-filled capsules. Ganglion cysts are not cancerous, will not spread, and while they may grow in size, they will not spread to other parts of your body.

I had one its gone now!

They used to call it a bible cyst. i dont know what causes it or its real name. I have one and have had it for years. It has never bothered me. One day while working on a water main, my hand slipped off the wrench and hit a pipe bursting the cyst. they used to frop the big family bible on it to break it. hence the name Bible cyst

Ganglion cysts - I had one years ago that developed from repetitive motion actions. It finally resolved on it's own after I got rid of the irritation. I had done a huge amount of typing on a standard computer keyboard. After using an ergonomic keyboard for a time, it began to reduce. Also I sat around in the evening and put moderate pressure on it to squeeze the fluid back out of the capsule. I hear that doesn't always work, but it did for me.
