Heart Beat, Or Lack There Of?!
Question: How Come when i put my hand on my chest to feel my heart beat i can never feel it. I usually have to look for my pulse on my throat because i can never feel my hear beat when i put my hand on my chest.

The pressure of blood in your heart itself is usually lower than it is in your carotid artery (the one in your neck) because your heart has more space for the same amount of blood. You can feel it more easily in your neck because the artery in comparison to your heart, is much smaller, blood pushes harder on the walls of the artery creating a stronger pressure. Therefore, it feels stronger.
I'm sure if you layed still enough you could feel your pulse in your chest, too.
You can also feel for a pulse in your wrist, behind the knee, on the inside of your elbow, and near the ankle joint.
