Tell him to buy a lufa on a stick and some oxy acne wash and use that every day in the shower for a week (also nutragena makes a body acne wash look for it in the drug store)
after the week implement the wash a few times as needed per week to help dry up his oily skin/back - be sure he cleans his shirts (if he gets really sweaty)...
Put some acne cream on it :)
I have oily skin too and I use a natural soap with Tea Tree oil in it , you can buy it at www.noellesnaturals.com . Its called medi- bar. Tea Tree is great for acne and boils also bad breath. I highly recommend it .
