Trying to exercise?!

Question: But ive got eczema and everytime i exercise, no matter how much, when i get hot, my eczema gets bad and it "flares" up. Then i cant go to the gym for another 2 weeks till it calms down.

Is there any medication that i could take to stop the flare ups/itchyness?

Thanks.

There is nothing natural that will get rid of it I don't believe. I had it all over my face when I fell pregnant and thought it would go away but it stayed there for about 5 years. It was really embarrasing. I tried every product on the market for it. I tried all the steroid creams. All hopeless. Then I went to this GP who speacialised in skin problems. He wasn't a dermatologist he just specialised in skin conditions. He gave me a prescription for some tablets called Doxycycline and within 2 weeks my eczema was gone and never came back. Maybe this particular one might not be for you I don't know but have you been to see a doctor?? You need to see someone who specialises in skin problems because they arent expensive like a specialist is. They know what to prescribe unlike a GP. G.P's will only give you steroids creams. Good Luck. Please do something about it you don't have to suffer forever and you can feel confident and happy again!

Someone told me to put oatmeal in a muslin bag and let the cold water run through it when you are filling the bath. Then add hot water to the bath and lie in it. I have no idea if it works though.

you need to do calmer exercises that dont cause yr body to over stress. Yoga is the oldest and most relaxing form and then maybe a long walk not to brisk..Read tips on Yoga and other forms of exercise to help you better on this site
