Is sweets cause allergies?!
Question: i m not diabetic .i have a lot of affinity for sweets but when i have it , i become weak , restless ,my decision making ability n even i feel my head becomes too heavy to do my work properly n this effect remains in me for nearly 2 days then i behave normal. what actually this ....any allergy..

I wonder if you have any High Blood Pressure problem or not.If you do please treat it right away.Second thing do you take enough rest and sleep?Didn't know how old are you but We need at least 7 to 8 hrs sleep.Do some yoga positions specially 'Dead body'.(savasan in Sanskrit) position.I hope it will help.Good Luck.
It is probably due to your body's metabolisn??? You might want to check with a doctor about this. I do not think it would be an allergy--but a doctor might say differently.???
i think its not an allergy...U already have diabetis therefore it happens like that..and my dear its danger eating sweets if u have diabetis....So avoid It....It can be a allergy to the people who dont have diabetis and cause symptons like that........
Allergies to sugar are rare. However, its perfectly possible to be allergic to things usually found in candy other than sugar. Try a spoonful of plain sugar and see what happens.
