The mercury has been removed from MMR, but it is still in many of the vaccinations. Just read the ingredients in this website and look for thimerosal:

Also some vaccines have formaldehyde (known to cause cancer), and many have aluminum as their first ingredient. So in my opinion, they are still not safe.
