My two year old just had a nose bleed? not alot...?!

Question: She has had a cold lately, when she woke up from her nap I noticed a little stream of blood running out of the left side of her nose, after I wiped I could see some dried blood in her nose.... I have seen it one time before a few months ago, Is it just her sinus's?

She could have picked it or scratched it while she was sleeping but it also could be that the air is too dry in her room. Having a humidifier in her room will help..........
