Itchy skin while working out?!


Question: My skin gets really itchy when I work out after ~5 mins. I've put lotion on it because I thought it was just because my skin gets dry, but it didn't help.

Normally I get itchy on my thighs, arms, stomach and sometimes it itches so badly that I end up scratching myself. It's happened to me before, but then it went away after awhile, but now it doesn't and it drives me crazy whenever I do cardio.

Why does this happen?????

Its because your dehydrated, you should make sure you drink plenty of fluids, water preferably. Your suppose to drink up to 6 glasses of water a day, that's only recommended but its not a bad idea. You can differ as much as you want but you should drink more fluids.
