They're not pores. It's the hair shaft.
You cannot shrink them.
I have never heard of huge pores on legs, but I am not a doctor. ;) I would check out www.dermadoctor.com. Their KP Duty lotion fixes a multitude of conditions (it helps me with razor burn, KP, and dryness). You have a good chance of finding something there.
Put wet seaweed on them and let it dry. It tightens your legs. I know it sounds gross, but I've heard about runway models doing it a lot. Plus it's a natural method and it won't hurt to try it.
