Wow !! Good girl ........... you have already achieved so much by ditching the smokes, coffee and alcohol. You should be very proud of these achievements ............ exercise too, which is brilliant for lowering stress levels.

Cut back on sodas and soft drinks also, as they will only serve to dehydrate you. ie: 1 can of soda will cause your body to excrete up to 12 cups of water. Water is vital for every single cellular function our bodies perform.

Try increasing your water intake, if you haven't already. Read the book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. called The Water Cure - fascinating read ......... astoundingly true also.

CHEERS
?

id say go to a different dr. or a psychologist/psychiatrist. sometimes anxiety is something you cannot control and in some instances it will only get worse and not simply pass. i got help for my anxiety and with a combination of meds and therapy i am doing so much better. keep up the good work though of living a healthy lifestyle... that definitely will help you feel better as well. good luck!
