Your ears nose and throat are all connected, your cold may be away but you sinuses might still be blocked, try sudofed decongestants. It could also be tinutis, which is the name for the ringing in your ears, it isnt usually permanent but if its bothering you i would go and see the doctor.

Sounds like tinitus , get your gp to sort it out if it dose no go away after a few days
