If you only gave him oral then don't think there's any chance. It would need direct sexual contact really do to that so wouldn't worry too much.

Actually re-reading that, if you've been treated for it then no, you won't have given it to this other guy. Your b/f however you might have given it to, unless he already had it so worth telling him since there is some evidence that it can cause problems in guys now.

I'm thinking that you need to come clean to EVERY person you have slept with. then you deal with the consequences...

i think u should tell them so they can get tested and use condoms

If your bf didn't get treated, he is still infected. You need to tell him, it's just wrong not to. It's rare, but it can lead to infertility in men, and he can pass it to other women as well. The complications for women are much greater. If some women had told him prior, you wouldn't be in this dilemma. Break the cycle and come clean. Other than that, it isn't transmitted orally.

You can give someone chlamydia from giving them oral. Here is a website confirming that.

I would come clean to EVERYONE... because it is not fair to but their health at risk... Chlamydia is easily spread and easily treated... why dont you make sure you dont have anything before continuing sexual behavior? You now have to tell your BF other wise he is going to keep infecting you... he will have it on his penis and you will get it in your mouth (which usually is just a sore throat etc... but has the same consequences...) but I would go to the website and read it...
