My 10 week old shih tzu is sneezing and has a runny nose any suggestions?!

it could be that ur dog has a upper respiratory infection. not good. u will need antibiotics for ur dog.
I am not sure. Try asking htis under Pets. You might have more luck at finding people who knows about this. :)
