You can make your own,1 cup warm water mixed with 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Table Salt and a pinch of Bicarb Soda. Keep in fridge in a glass bottle or jar for a maximum of 24 hours. You can buy the plastic vials of the solution at your chemist which are quite cheap.
