You can also try this. Directly rub potato slices all over the face and wash after 30 minutes , if done regularly helps to get rid of blemishes and pimple scar.The most basic form of pimple prevention is hygiene and preventive skin care. I don't think it will help - you can always try. There are no real home remedies to help this - I'd see an MD they have a lot of professional treatments to help scars (especially your face).

I would say to wash your face regulary and go see a dermatologist to perscribe you a special face cream.
