Friend In Need Of Advice!?!
Question: Hey there,
I have a friend of mine whom has asked me some advice thinking he might have some sort of infection on his Personal Bits! If you like!
I didn't know so i thought i would ask on here to see what sort of reply i would get!
He has a red spotted rash which is itchy on his penis under the fourskin, he has a girlfriend whom he is faithfull too and has had a STI check up not long ago.
Any idea what it could be.
It does die down and its not so bad but with some little spots on there sometimes.

It sounds like he might not be taking care of himself properly under the forskin. Getting rashes like that are pretty normal.
The problem with girls getting STI checkups is that they really don't check for everything. Some STI's like HPV cost alot to test for the crazilian different strains out there and they don't test for herpes or scabies or syphilis unless asked to do so. So just cause she got tested doesn't really represent anything.
If it is an STI it sounds like it may be an early form of Herpes, syphilis, or HPV (Genital Warts). either way going to the doctor right away is his best bet. But it sounds like a rash to me from impropper hygine.

Tell him to go to the doctor and get checked.
If he has had an sti check; then it could be just a simple rash - like a heat rash or something of that effect.
How long has his girl and him been together? Was she tested? Do they have protected sex?
He really needs to contact his doctor on something like this. There is no reason to be embarassed, alot of men get rashes in their gential area due to it being an enclosed place where heat and moisture can make an impact on his skin.
