I just found out I have genital warts, what now?!
Question: I feel like I've read every fact sheet and web site in the world about this virus. Though I know now that genital warts isn't as huge of a deal as I first thought, I still feel so freaked out by this, like no one will every want to be with me, like my long-term boyfried will leave me when I tell him(I got it while we were broken up), and like I'm a freak. I cry all the time. Its so frustrating b/c I didn't even actually have sex with the guy I got it from, and he already knew that he had it, but just didn't tell me beforehand, even though I asked about sexual history. I feel like I'm being punished, even though I did nothing wrong, and I'm so scared about what's ahead. Help!

It does suck to have warts. Go to your doctor and he/she can either surgicllay remove them or give you a cream that will get rid of them (over time). Unfortunately they may come back, sometimes years later.
You are not a freak. Warts are very common. In the future use protection and don't believe horny guys.

I think you'd better check with the WebMD.com yourself, I don't want to insult you but, there's only one way to get gentile warts, through sex, it's an STD and, he may have not known he has them.
I think it would be best to see your doctor, he'd keep it quiet. You will need treatment, it really is a big deal, it's an STD and needs treatment, you will pass it along if gone untreated. Good luck.
you will give it to whom ever you sleep with just buy some toys and keep it to yourself. good luck lots have them just find someone who got them too. but, don't lie to them.
