Is it ok to take a tylenol while you're on an antibiotic?!

Question: I have a cold and now have a slight temperature..only 100.6. Right now I'm just using green alchol to rub on my back and ice to try and get my temp back to at least 98.6. I'm on amoxycillan for a strep throat (lucky me huh?) Anyway, is it safe to take an antibiotic along with an antibiotic or should I just stick to the green alchol and ice?

Yes, you can take tylenol with an antibiotic, just don't overdose. Make sure you take both as prescribed or J. Edgar Hoover might comeback from the dead and bust you!!

yes it should be ok to take tylenol you could even try motrin if that works better to lower a fever. If nausua problems occur its really hard to take any medicine.
