Y is it after i fight i get an upset stomach?!

because maybe your body felt like it was about to have to deal with more then you wanted. so you were kinda nervous that maybe things wouldnt go the way you planed it to! so now your stomach is upset because you were nervous!
Stress is one of the biggest contributers to an upset stomach. You probably got too worked up and got stuff moving.

i can't diagnose your problem but i know that my wife does the same thing because she gets all tense and it drives her acid reflux crazy!!!!
