Allergic to period?!
Question: everytime i have my period my allergys go crazy. they tend to start a day or two before i start. and no matter how much medicine i take nothing helps. i am just miserable for about 3 days. ive been to an allergist. and i have medicine. it works everyday with the exception of when i start my period. before i saw a doctor my allergys were always horrible. so its a big improvement to only be sick 3 days a month instead of 20, but im still curious.. are there other people allergic to their periods and have you found help for it?

It's probably hormonal. There are some women who have problems with their allergies a lot more while they are pregnant as well because of the hormonal fluxuations, which you also have some of during your period. You might want to check with your doctor for hormonal abnormalities, but it may just be normal for you. However, no you aren't allergic to your period.
I get these strange marks on my legs....
you may want to go check your hormones and blood panel at when you're having those symptoms.
i've never heard of this before and quite frankly it kind of amuses me. I have allergies but I have never paid attention to how they are around my period. I take medicine for them as well. Who would have thought that could be possible? Maybe it's the ellevation in hormones or something (just a guess).
Have you consulted your physician?
I don't have an answer for you but I can tell you its not strange I have vertigo it is terrible when I have mine
