Besides using a condom how do you prevent getting pregnant and getting a disease!
Question: This is so easy-the ONLY pay to prevent pregnancy & prevent getting a disease is by not being sexually active. Sorry, but condums with the spermicide to prevent disease is the best choice. Only when you & your mate have both tested negative for diseases & the female uses birth control measures like the pill, can you stop worrying about the above; however, there is ALWAYS a risk of pregancy & disease with using protection-sounds like a Catch 22 I know, but I have to live with the fact that a close relative has tested HIV +-if only HE would have taken my advice.

Take the contraceptive pill/other hormonal means and get new partners and yourself regularly STI checked. Or you can go with the God Squad solution and don't have sex til you are ready to start dropping children like there is no tomorrow with your equally virgin husband.
