Yes, there are greater risks in anal sex, whether it be STDs or infections due to unclean cuts, etc, especially if he goes from back there to the front, or to your mouth, without first cleaning. But I think it's very doubtful one can get pregnant in the way you describe. Just clean up immediately right after to reduce the chances of infection. As for STDs, it's good practice to know what you're partner has been up to...
