IMPOSSIBLE Question for Doctors?!

Question: How do i have Crohn's and my IDENTICAL TWIN brother does not have any signs or markings (on his red blood cells) of IDB (IBS), Crohn's or Colittis?

He has been tested, no granulomas, fistulas, erosions,

WTF?
Is it environmental??? or autoimmune? he is not even a carrier
And neither of our parents have family history of Digestive disorders of any kind

That suggests it's an acquired condition, but it still doesn't indicate what the cause might be.

At least one source has hypothesized that it might be an immune-mediated inflammatory response to larval nematodes; but AFAIK there is no evidence to support this.
