Yellowish liquid oozing from nose front. not inside.?!
Question: it is red and it creates a scab, then when the scab falls off it creates alot of yellowish pus like liquid, there is a great amount, it is very visible and creates a huge drop of it on my nose and i have to damp it with a cloth, it hurts and stings too. I have put Neosporin (ointment) on, and that has stopped the pain but still oozes alot. feel sick too i have a suspicion its Celluitis but i dont know, any ideas?

You probably need antibiotic treatment for this one, so see a doctor.
