This sounds crazy but it seriously works, cleared my skin right up. You'll start seeing a tiny difference after the first treatment, huge difference in about 24 hrs, and it only involves stuff you'll most likely already have at home.

Boil some oatmeal and loose black tea in water (use more water than you normally would for oatmeal because you want a paste). When it looks "pasty" strain through a wire mesh colander so you are left with a paste. Mix in a little bit of lemon juice. Use this as a masque - spread over your face and let it dry out, your face will feel tight. It may sting just a tiny bit at first because of the lemon juice. Rinse off with warm (not hot) water. Then soak a cottonball in hydrogen peroxide and gently rub over your face. Do this once in the morning and once at night. The oatmeal/tea/lemon juice paste will keep in the fridge for about a week and you can nuke it in the microwave for a minute to warm it up.

Try to use very light makeup, like a mineral powder. Anything else will just make your problem worse. You may also want to use a good moisturizer as the above treatment can dry your skin a bit. I use a facial sunscreen by Neutrogena that is fantastic and doesn't make me break out at all.

Do NOT use any soap or other facial products. Sometimes simpler is better.

Let me know how it works! I had really really bad acne a week ago until I looked on the internet for natural fixes for acne and basically combined four ingredients (oatmeal, black tea, lemon juice, peroxide) that a lot of people said had helped and invented my own thing...now my skin is totally clear for the first time in months.

Edit: It doesn't take much lemon juice, I think I put in about a tablespoon for about 1 cup of paste and a little of the paste goes a long way. Just spread it over your face in a thin layer and wash it off when it's not sticky to the touch anymore. I just used regular (i.e. not instant) quaker oats, I think that would work better than the instant stuff. I used loose Earl Gray tea because it's what I had but I don't know how much that really matters, it's the tannins in black tea you're going for. Good luck and thanks for trying my "recipe!"

if you have rubbing alcohol that will dry it all out very quickly

always wash your face and put zit cream or something...
depends on what you eat to...
